	Bubble Dayzee	○	○	○	○	○	○	○	○	Blows bubbles. Eating the bubble allows you to blow more, and stepping on the bubble lets you perform a high jump.

	Hootie the Blue Fish	×	×	×	×	×	○	○	○	Moving in circles along the wall. It can be staggered slightly by hitting it with an egg.
	Chain Chomp	×	×	×	×	×	×	×	○	It is chained, so staying at a distance keeps you safe. It can be defeated with a transformation item.
	Incoming Chomp	×	×	×	×	×	×	×	×	Flies towards you from a distance. A hole appears where it lands.
	Shark Chomp	×	×	×	×	×	×	×	×	Chases at high speed, destroying the platforms as it goes.

	Lava Drop	×	×	×	×	×	×	×	○	Hovers in the air, moving vertically or horizontally. It cannot be defeated by normal attacks.

	Mock Up	○	×	×	○	○	×	×	○	Starts to inflate as it enters the screen, eventually bursting. You get a 1UP if eaten before it bursts.
	Milde	○	○	○	○	○	○	○	○	Stomping on it makes it pop.
	Tap-Tap	×	×	×	×	×	○	○	○	Both walk and jump types are found. They cannot be eaten, but can be pushed with the tongue.
	Eggo-Dil	×	×	×	×	×	×	×	○	Periodically shoots petals. Pounding the ground nearby can briefly stun it.
	Fuzzy	○	○	○	○	○	○	○	○	You'll feel dizzy for a while if you touch or swallow it. Defeating it with an egg will be fine.
	Melon Bug	○	×	△	○	×	×	×	○	Rolls down slopes. You won't take damage if you touch it. By hitting it into an enemy, you can defeat enemies that cannot be taken down with eggs.
	Bandit	×	△	○	△	△	×	×	○	Kidnaps the baby. It can be defeated by pounding the ground once, stomping on it three times, or hitting it with eggs or a Green Watermelon six times. If you use eggs or a Green Watermelon, the last three hits will grant you a 1UP.
	Coin Bandit	×	△	○	△	△	×	×	○	Carrying the Red Coin. Other than that, it behaves like a normal Bandit.
	Lemon Drop	○	○	○	○	○	○	○	○	Falls from the ceiling.
	Bullet Bill	○	○	○	×	×	○	○	○	Spawns infinitely from the cannon. The cannon can only be destroyed with a Blue Watermelon.
	Bouncing Bullet Bill	○	○	○	×	×	○	○	○	Spawns infinitely from the cannon and bounces back when it hits a wall. The cannon can only be destroyed with a Blue Watermelon.
	Missile Bill	○	○	○	×	×	○	○	○	Spawns infinitely from the cannon and flies towards you. The cannon can only be destroyed with a Blue Watermelon.
	Beach Koopa	○	○	○	○	○	○	○	○	A Koopa Troopa without its shell. It will attach to the shell lying on the ground.
	Koopa Troopa	△	△	○	△	△	○	○	○	After you stomp on it, it loses its shell and becomes a Beach Koopa. If you pound the ground, it can be defeated in one hit, even when it still has its shell.
	Para-Koopa	△	△	○	△	△	○	○	○	After you stomp on it, it loses its wings and becomes a Koopa Troopa. If you pound the ground, it can be defeated in one hit, even when it still has its wings.
	Blow Hard	×	×	×	×	×	○	○	○	Shoots Needlenose towards you. It cannot be defeated by regular attacks, but you can stun it slightly by hitting it with an egg or by pounding the ground nearby.
	Needlenose	○	×	×	○	○	×	×	×	Appears as a weapon for enemy attacks, such as being spit out by a Wild Ptooie Piranha or dropped by a Grinder.
	Potted Spiked Fun Guy	○	×	×	○	○	○	○	○	Hops around along with a flowerpot. Sometimes, it appears without the flowerpot, with just the main body.
	Pokey	×	×	×	×	×	×	×	○	The above Needlenose can be eaten or defeated with eggs, but the main body is invincible. However, you won't take damage from touching the main body.
	Sanbo Flower	×	×	×	×	×	×	×	○	It spits out Needlenose infinitely. The Flower itself can be defeated with a transformation item.
	Baron von Zeppelin (Needlenose)	×	×	×	○	○	×	×	×	Drops a Needlenose if you approach it. There are also versions that carry a Shy Guy or a key.
	Baron von Zeppelin (Bomb)	×	×	×	○	○	×	×	×	Drops a bomb if you approach it. There are also versions that carry a Shy Guy or a key.
	Little Mouser	○	○	○	○	★	○	○	○	You won't take damage from touching it, but it will steal your egg.
	Little Skull Mouser	○	△	○	△	△	○	○	○	If you stomp on it or hit it with an egg, it loses its bones and becomes a Little Mouser. It can be defeated in one hit by swallowing it or using a hip drop.
	Green Glove	×	△	○	×	×	○	○	○	Catches and throws back the egg you throw. It can be defeated by stomping on it three times or by pounding the ground.
	Slugger	×	△	○	×	×	○	○	○	Hits back the egg you throw. It can be defeated by stomping on it three times or by pounding the ground.
	Zeus Guy	×	×	×	×	×	○	○	○	Attacks by shooting an energy ball. It can only be defeated with Special Items.
	Grunt	○	△	△	△	△	×	×	○	The crown is spiked and cannot be stomped on. However, hitting it with an egg will make the crown come off, allowing you to stomp on it.
	Gusty	○	○	○	○	★	○	○	○	Flies straight through the sky.
	Boo Buddy	×	×	×	○	★	×	×	○	While making eye contact, it hides its face, and eggs won't hit. It can be defeated by bouncing an egg off the wall and hitting it.
	Big Boo	×	×	×	○	★	×	×	○	Larger version of Boo Buddy. Its behavior and how to defeat it are the same.
	Boo Balloon	×	×	×	△	△	○	○	○	Targets you and moves through the air. It can be defeated by hitting it with eggs three times.
	Boo Man Bluff	×	×	×	×	×	×	×	○	Moves towards the source of the sound made by jumping or pounding the ground.
	Boo Blah	×	×	×	×	×	×	×	○	Extends its body at regular intervals from the floor or ceiling.
	Lakitu	○	○	○	○	○	×	×	○	Throws spiny eggs. After defeating it by stomping, you can ride on the cloud.
	Wall Lakitu	○	○	○	○	○	×	×	○	Sticks its face out of a hole in the wall and throws spiny eggs.
	Aqua Lakitu	○	○	○	○	★	○	○	○	Sticks its face out of the water and throws spiny eggs.
	Fishing Lakitu	○	○	○	○	○	×	×	○	Tries to fish for the baby. After defeating it by stomping, you can ride on the cloud.
	Thunder Lakitu	○	○	○	○	○	×	×	○	Strikes with lightning. After defeating it by stomping, you can ride on the cloud.
	Cactus Jack	×	×	×	○	○	○	○	○	Falls from the sky when you get close. You can roll it away by hitting it with an egg.
	Kaboomba	×	×	○	○	○	○	○	○	Fires cannonballs. It can be defeated by pounding the ground or hitting it with an egg.
	Dizzy Dandy	×	×	×	×	×	×	○	○	Falls and rolls towards you when you get close or hit it with an egg. Disappears when it hits a wall.
	Grinder	○	△	△	×	×	○	○	○	Attacks by shooting watermelon seeds, dropping bombs from the trees, and other methods.
	Clawdaddy	×	×	○	△	△	○	○	○	Attacks by swinging scissors. It can be defeated in one hit with pound the ground, but you need to hit it three times with an egg to defeat it.
	Frog Pirate	○	×	×	×	×	×	×	○	It will steal the baby if you touch it.
	Spray Fish	×	×	×	×	×	×	×	○	Sticks its face out of the water and blows water. You won't take damage from touching it, but you'll be pushed away.

	Preying Mantas	×	×	×	×	×	×	×	○	Moves up and down in the water. It can be defeated with a torpedo.
	Loch Nestor	×	×	×	×	×	×	×	○	It can be defeated with three torpedo hits. Once attacked, it becomes angry and starts chasing you.
	Lunge Fish	×	×	×	×	×	×	×	○	Tries to swallow you whole from the water's surface. It results in a mistake if you get swallowed.
	Huffin Puffin	×	×	×	×	×	×	×	○	If you attack the parent, the child will start following you. The child can be thrown like an egg, but it will return to you like a boomerang.
	Harry Hedgehog	△	×	×	△	★	○	○	○	Grows larger and sprouts spikes when you get close. Swallowing or using an egg only works when it’s small.
	Barney Bubble	×	×	×	○	○	×	×	○	Blows bubbles if you stomp on it. Eating the bubble allows you to blow more, and stepping on the bubble lets you perform a high jump.
	Caged Ghost	×	×	×	△	△	×	×	×	Blocks the passage inside a pipe. If you hit it with eggs repeatedly, it will shrink, allowing you to pass through.

	Liquid lift	×	×	×	×	×	×	×	×	Carries you upward on a Flatbed Ferry.

	Flightless Goonie	○	○	○	○	○	○	○	○	Runs straight towards you.
	Hefty Goonie	○	×	×	△	△	○	○	○	Hops forward. If you hit it with an egg or eat it and then spit it out, it becomes a Bowling Goonie.
	Bowling Goonie	×	×	○	×	×	○	○	○	Moves by rolling. You can't swallow it, and it can only be defeated by pounding the ground or with an item.
	Skeleton Goonie	○	△	○	△	△	○	○	○	If you stomp on it, hit it with an egg, or eat it and then spit it out, it becomes a Flightless Skeleton Goonie.
	Flightless Skeleton Goonie	○	○	○	○	★	○	○	○	Runs straight towards you.
	Sluggy	○	○	○	○	○	○	×	○	Falls from the ceiling when you get close.
	Georgette Jelly	△	△	△	△	△	×	×	○	Gets squished if you stomp on it or hit it with an egg, but after some time it returns to normal.
	Muddy Buddy	×	×	×	×	×	○	○	○	You can stick it to the bottom of your foot and walk on the spikes.

	Raven (Chick)	○	○	○	○	○	○	○	○	Moves in a swarm. It can't be turned into an egg if eaten.
	Spooky	△	×	○	×	×	×	×	○	A Shy Guy or a Bandit is hiding. It reveals its true form when it eats the cloth.
	Slime	×	×	×	△	△	×	×	×	Gets smaller each time you hit it with an egg.
	Puchipuchi L	×	×	△	×	×	○	○	○	If you crush it by pounding the ground, it splits into four normal Milde.
	Tap-Tap the Golden	×	×	×	×	×	×	×	×	Chases you. If you hit it with an egg, it rolls backward, giving you some time to escape.
	Kamek	×	×	×	×	×	×	×	×	Charges at you on a broom. It cannot be defeated, so you have no choice but to avoid it.
	Solo Toady	○	○	○	○	★	×	×	○	Comes to kidnap the baby when you take damage.
	Green Toady	○	○	○	○	★	×	×	○	Slowly approaches you and kidnaps the baby.
	Kamek's Toadies	×	×	×	×	×	×	×	×	Kidnaps the baby when the star reaches zero. You must rescue the baby before it goes off-screen.
