At the far right of Area 3, you can enter the Bonus Area from below the green Tracked Flatbed Ferry. There are switches buried within the soft rock in the Bonus Area, and activating them reveals a total of 150 coins. Furthermore, 20 coins are located above the ceiling. You can reach them by bringing a Little Mouser from the bottommost passage and jumping off it.

Blow Hard	×	×	×	×	×	○	○	○	Shoots Needlenose towards you. It cannot be defeated by regular attacks, but you can stun it slightly by hitting it with an egg or by pounding the ground nearby.
Needlenose	○	×	×	○	○	×	×	×	Appears as a weapon for enemy attacks, such as being spit out by a Wild Ptooie Piranha or dropped by a Grinder.
Potted Spiked Fun Guy	○	×	×	○	○	○	○	○	Hops around along with a flowerpot. Sometimes, it appears without the flowerpot, with just the main body.
Sanbo Flower	×	×	×	×	×	×	×	○	It spits out Needlenose infinitely. The Flower itself can be defeated with a transformation item.
Little Mouser	○	○	○	○	★	○	○	○	You won't take damage from touching it, but it will steal your egg.
Snifit	○	○	○	○	★	○	○	○	Shoots bullets from its mouth.
